Tuition Terms and Conditions: Guitar and Music Theory lessons

Please note: these T&Cs are for private students. School-based lessons are subject to different conditions, which will be provided at the time of booking.

• Students/parents are invoiced weekly or monthly in advance of booked lesson.
• Payment is due within four days or seven days of invoice respectively. If unpaid, the lesson slot will be made available to others.
• There will be no refunds.
• If a lesson is cancelled or missed by the student with less than twenty-four hours' notice, the lesson fee will be forfeit.
• Where more than twenty-four hours' notice of cancellation is given, a make-up credit will be issued that can be used to pay for a future lesson.
• If I have to cancel a lesson due to my own illness or other unforeseen circumstances, a make-up credit will be issued.
• If you find that you can't make your booked lesson, please let me know as soon as possible.
